Minwax Polyurethane clear and Minwax Wood Stain turn gummy if applied in the cold. I had to resand and it took forever because if the gummed up sanding pads.

Olympic indoor/outdoor grey primer separates. I repainted our mailbox and it stripped the paint off of the top. You can see the galvanic bliss where there was generally adhered paint.

I'll be happy for a warmer weekend so I can fix the paint on my mailbox and hopefully my table finishes will cure and I can apply a second coat.

Yeah, you really can't do much of anything with paint if it's below 55.

In the garage, I have a heater going, but it didn't really help.

Funny how much better the finish soaked in and bonded when I:
A) Sanded first
B) Applied a superthin coat
C) Had the temperature over 50F

I should be able to recoat tomorrow, which will be warmer too. Maybe I can paint the mailbox this weekend too.
