Time Zones and Google Calendar.

I'm very unhappy with multiple time-zone calendaring, using an iPhone.

It's easier for people to send me a textual invitation with info in GMT than to receive ICS files.

Aternatively, if I copy the ICS emails to google, and "add to calendar", that works better.

If I accept an invite from an iDevice, I have problems.

Current Status:
* The US is in daylight savings right now.
* I have a US customer in EDT.
* I have a non-US customer in EST.
* My Google Calendar is maintained in CST.
* I am in Utah, currently MDT.

I received an invite from the US customer stating 9:30am America/NY. It shows up on my calendar as 9:30am, instead of 8:30am. I didn't get any alerts. If I edit the meeting in Google Calendar, it sends out edits and breaks the time of other people on the invite.

I received an invite from the non-US customer stating 9am EST. I didn't get any alerts or notifies, but apparently, this would be 9am CDT.
