Second Batch - Update

I recently mismeasured and had a pH12 soap that was super crumbly. I also had a KOH soap with too much water. I ended up rebatching them both together with enough extra oil to bring the pH down to 10. It's decent enough soap, but it's still so soft... PARTLY BECAUSE I ADDED MORE WATER!

I tried baking it at 170 in an open oven on on a steel jellyroll pan for several hours. It dried out some, but also it expanded 25%, which ended up glopping inside the oven and burning.

*SIGH*

If it doesn't firm up substantially after cooling, I'm seriously thinking about thinning it for use as pump soap. There's too much EO in there to toss it.
