
Temp reads 140F high. Meat thermometer set to 145F on the breast. When it beeps, I'll check the near side thigh with a probe for 165F. Only concern is back side is hotter, but burners are front to back. I have the right 2 on, and will need to check to make sure the back/side breast is not too over-done. Erica likes overcooked, but the goal is non-incinrated.
