I was surveyed 5 times (16.7% of the surveys), but my Satisfaction Index was 80 with an unweighted average of 60%.
Not everyone answered all of the questions, so it unbalanced the surveys.
The issues to work on are Tech Knowledge and speed of resolution.
This is to be expected since I just started taking calls in late July or early August.
