He thinks he has to pee but doesn't realize he's catheterized.
I think it's the feeling of the catheter, because he hasn't peed that I've seen since yesterday.
He had diarrhea last night, so he has... um... another catheter. I think that's because the morphine finally is getting processed out of his system.
He was extubated today, about 3:30 I think, so he's breathing on his own.
He stil thinks his hands are tied down, and pulls up against nothing.
He can respond to small, simple things some of the time, but he's pretty groggy, and is very cognatively impaired.
Every day he's better, so I'm hopeful for tomorrow.
