Overworked numbers for Jan 29 through Feb 18

Our target is 55% "utilized". (Direct Support Hours)
This REALLY means 55% billable, counting vacation too.

So, 52 weeks times 40 hours is 2080.
55% of that is 1144 hours billable per year for target.

So 95.3333333 hours/month, or avg 22h/week is an easy number.

Then we factor in vacation (3 weeks), holiday (2 weeks),
education (<=2 weeks), and sick time (0-2 weeks).

In the middle, this would be 7 weeks,
so let's project for 45 weeks of being here.

This would be 25.4 DSH per week, but we can't really do that
since the off time isn't all at once.

We should do it as an average DSH per day.
45 * 5 = 225 days. This is 5.084444 DSH per complete workday.
That's 5.1/ workday since we do tenths of an hour granulatity.

For the last 14 workdays (Jan 29 -> Feb 18, an off day, weekends), I have 121.2 DSH
That's 8.6571428 hours/workday.
AKA, I'm at 173% of target.

This means I should take the next 9 and a quarter workdays off.
