ACK!

WTF... OK
So, I use Filezilla, an FTP client, on windows.
I'm downloading from the public internet.
I paste the UNC name, \\192.168.1.2\programs, into the local box.
It shows me the files. I drag some over.

I notice that they don't show up.
I ssh in and check, not there; filesystem not filling.

I check, and the perms are wrong.
I fix the perms, files still missing.

I try to download them again, and it says the file already exists.

I have closed my share, closed filezilla, killed off all smdb and nmbd procs.

SAME THING.

I did a find in /var and /storage on the target.
I look for .????? temp files.
I did a search on the windows box.

C:\192.168.1.2\programs\blahblahblah

WTF. Why is it saving them HERE? GRRR
