Verizon

I had an internet connection and phone line with Verizon. They've been billing me for February when I cancelled in January. I've called, e-mailed and written disputing the amount and I only get collection notices. The collection agencies even fail to respond, so I've resorted to complaining to the Federal Trade Comission and the Better Business Bureau.

I hereby request that you use caution in dealing with Verizon as their billing dispute system appears to be unresponsive.
