Digital Kameraz

So, the Konica Minolta Dynax 5D / Maxxum 5D looks like what I want, except Minolta sold it's cam biz to Sony. I can get a new camera body for $620, plus lenses. I dunno if my older Minolta lenses will work on it. It's only offerred in a very few places, which makes me leery.

Searching around, the Panasonic Lumix® DMC-FZ7 looks good, but I see reports of shutter lag. Nikon D50 and the Canon EOS 350D both look nice, but I'd have to buy new lenses. Anti-shake in the lense vs the camera body makes the lenses either expensive, or I have to use a tripod, which defeats the whole "low shutter lag" thing I'm looking for.

So, does anyone know of a decent camera that can be had for $500 or less, with lense, with anti-shake, with fast power up and low shutter lag, that's digital and can still take a quick picture in low light?

I know, I'm asking for a whole lot here.

Any help would be appreciated.
